At Elkattan Underwear, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and product quality standards.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is in the same condition as delivered
• The product is unused and in original packaging
• All tags and packaging are intact

Important Notes

• No exchanges are allowed (مفيش استبدال نهائي)
• Customers must carefully check size, color, and product type before placing the order
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be sent through the original payment method (Instapay)

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
